Feature
● The product structure is basically symmetrically arranged around the front -rear center line of the roller. The front part is mainly composed of front beam, front frame and front wheel; the cross beam of the front frame doubles as a sprinkler tank,and the front frame is used to support the front wheel which is a steering wheel. The rear part mainly comprises rear frame,drive system, br ake system, cab, engine hood and rear wheels.The drive system is mainly composed of diesel engine, clutch,gearbox, drive axle and driving rear wheel;
● There are two types of brake systems: a caliper disc brake for emergency braking and a hub brake for parking braking.
●Frames: The front and rear frames are articulated through the intermediate cross axle to form an articulated frame with a wheel base of 3, 136mm, which can rotate relatively by +33° and sway relatively by +11°.
●Front/rear wheels: The front and rear wheels are equipped with a patented wheel structure that allows the user to add wet sand into the wheels through the sand filler opening on the wheels to adjust the static line pressure of the wheels according to construction needs.
●Diesel engine: SC4H125.2G3 supercharged water-cooled diesel engine, with rated power of 92kW, speed of 1 ,800r/min, national I川emission, advanced performance indicators, low fuel consumption, low noise, smooth transmission, high torque, long service life and high reliability.
●The pneumatic-hydraulic boosting oil brake system is fitted to ensure good braking performance.
●The drive system of 3Y223J articulated three-wheel roller is fitted with heavy-duty drive axle; the transmission system is based on the five-speed gearbox with synchronizer for smooth power transmission and light operation; the combined instrument box, rocker switch and control box are designed to be more humanized and easy for driver to operate; the engine hood adopts streamlined shape for beautiful appearance; the hood has large opening angle, is light & flexible, and easy for maintenance; the machine is fitted with the neutral gear protection function, which can effectively ensure construction safety.The spacious cab, with a wide view and a built-in dual-purpose air-conditioning system, improves the working environment greatly and meets the construction requirements.
