When spraying the core, use the fast cyclone to spray the walnut sand to the surface of the parts to clean the carbon deposits and oil stains. The carbon deposits are highly efficient and completely clean. However, this method requires professional equipment, and it is difficult to adopt generally.
Method 3: Carbon removal additives
Carbon deposit cleaning additives are generally composed of 4 components: carbon deposit organic solvent, paint thinner, slow release agent and surfactant. After contact with carbon deposit, it can soften it and make it lose its ability to fuse with metal materials. , while not damaging metal parts.
