Classified by axle
According to the layout of the axles, there are single-axle single-wheel, double-axle double-wheel, double-axle three-wheel and three-axle three-wheel etc. types. It is powered by internal combustion engine and adopts mechanical transmission or hydraulic transmission. General front-wheel steering, good maneuverability, rear-wheel drive. In order to improve steering and rolling performance, it is advisable to adopt articulated steering structure and all-wheel drive. The front wheel frame and frame are hinged to reduce body swing when the road is uneven. The rear wheel and the frame are rigidly connected. Adopt hydraulic control and use hydraulic cylinder to control the steering. The front and rear rollers are equipped with scrapers to remove the sticky matter on the rollers. It is also equipped with a water spray system, which is used to sprinkle water on the rollers to prevent the asphalt mixture from sticking when compacting the asphalt pavement. In order to increase the force, iron, sand, water, etc. can also be added in the roller to increase the pressure.
