How to adjust the spiral distributing system of the paver?

1. Adjust the height of the spiral distributing device
Purpose: Keep the bottom surface of the spiral distributing device at an appropriate distance from the bottom surface of the screed plate to ensure that the material can be evenly distributed in front of the screed plate.
How to operate:
Generally speaking, the bottom surface of the spiral distributing device should be 100~100mm lower than the bottom surface of the screed plate. When adjusting, the paver should be parked on a flat ground first, and the screed plate should be raised to make it off the ground.
Then, use a special tool or wrench to loosen the fixing bolts of the spiral distributing device and adjust the height of the spiral distributing device so that the distance between its bottom surface and the bottom surface of the screed plate meets the requirements.
After the adjustment is completed, tighten the fixing bolts and lower the screed plate so that the bottom surface of the spiral distributing device contacts the ground.
2. Adjust the width of the spiral distributing device
Purpose: According to the requirements of the paving width, adjust the width of the spiral distributing device to ensure that the material can cover the entire paving width.
How to operate:
The width of the spiral distributing device can usually be achieved by adjusting its telescopic device. When adjusting, the paver should be parked on a flat ground first, and the screed should be raised to lift it off the ground.
Then, use a special tool or wrench to loosen the fixing bolts of the spiral spreader telescopic device and adjust the width of the spiral spreader to match the paving width.
After the adjustment is completed, tighten the fixing bolts and lower the screed so that the bottom surface of the spiral spreader contacts the ground.
3. Adjust the speed of the spiral spreader
Purpose: According to the paving speed and the nature of the material, adjust the speed of the spiral spreader to ensure that the material can be evenly distributed in front of the screed.
Operation method:
The speed of the spiral spreader can usually be achieved by adjusting the speed of its drive motor. When adjusting, the paver should be started first and put into working condition.
Then, according to the paving speed and the nature of the material, adjust the speed of the spiral spreader drive motor to reach the appropriate speed.
Generally speaking, the speed of the spiral spreader should match the paving speed to ensure that the material can be evenly distributed in front of the screed.
4. Check the running direction of the spiral distributor
Purpose: Ensure that the running direction of the spiral distributor is correct to ensure that the material can be distributed in the predetermined direction.

Before starting the paver, check whether the running direction of the spiral distributor is correct. Generally speaking, the running direction of the spiral distributor should be opposite to the walking direction of the paver.
If the running direction of the spiral distributor is incorrect, the wiring of its motor should be adjusted in time to make its running direction correct.
5. Check the distribution of materials
Purpose: During the paving process, the distribution of materials should be checked in time to ensure that the materials can be evenly distributed in front of the screed.
Operation method:
The uniform distribution of materials can be judged by observing the accumulation of materials in front of the screed. If the material accumulation is uneven, the height, width or speed of the spiral distributor should be adjusted in time to ensure that the materials can be evenly distributed in front of the screed.
