How to deal with insufficient oil pressure of XCMG Road Roller Compactor

The power of the small XCMG Road Roller Compactor is mostly generated by the combustion of diesel, but if the diesel is not fully burned in the cylinder, it is easy to emit black smoke. When we see black smoke from the road roller, we should immediately stop and turn off the engine, and check for faults. The inspection content should start from the following three aspects.
1. Insufficient air intake: Check whether the air intake valve clearance is within a reasonable range. Mistakes in the air valve clearance will cause insufficient air intake pressure and volume; whether the air filter element is blocked. The supercharger is damaged, resulting in insufficient intake pressure;
2. The quality of diesel is not good, and the diesel pump and injector are worn out;
3. Injector wear: Too much fuel injection leads to insufficient combustion. It is necessary to conduct a broken cylinder test of the small road roller to check whether it is caused by the wear of the fuel injector.
In addition, we also have three failures that often occur in small road rollers, which will be introduced below.
1. The idling speed of the driving roller is unstable, and it is obvious that the idling speed is stalled when the engine is turned off. The reasons are as follows:
1. The output power of the road roller is too low. It is necessary to combine the DX data to analyze the output of the small road roller and whether all the cylinders can work at the same time;
2. The hydraulic oil circuit is blocked. Please check the system pressure at idle speed and whether the oil return filter is blocked.
2. The idling vibration of the driving roller:
Most of the reasons are caused by the unbalanced force of the crankshaft, and the failure of the gas force in the cylinder of the engine to change may cause the engine to vibrate at idle speed. It may be that one of the cylinders is not working and needs to be checked if the cylinder is broken; a broken plunger spring of the diesel pump will also cause vibration.
3. Insufficient oil pressure of the roller
First of all, make sure that the small roller oil used is a genuine part, and then check whether the small roller oil pressure sensor is very loose. In addition, the following three aspects may cause low stress:
1. There is a problem with the filter of the oil pump of the roller, which causes the oil pressure of the roller to be abnormal;
2. The set pressure of the pressure limiting valve is too low, if the test is too low, the pressure of the pressure limiting valve is necessary;
3. Whether the oil filter of the roller is blocked.
