Daily Maintenance
1. Cleaning and Inspection: Clean the vehicle body before and after daily operation, paying particular attention to washing the engine and transmission. Check for leaks at oil pipe connections.
2. Fluids and Parts: Check hydraulic oil, water tank level, battery charge, and tire pressure. Ensure all lubrication points are greased and tighten any loose bolts promptly.
3. Vibratory Roller Maintenance: Clean the high-strength magnetic plug inside the vibratory roller every 5-7 days. Wipe away any adsorbed iron filings with tissue paper and keep the gear lubricating oil clean.
Regular Maintenance
1. Fluid Changes: Change engine oil every 500 hours, air filter every 200 hours, and fuel/hydraulic oil filter every 500 hours.
2. Transmission Maintenance: Clean the transmission quarterly. With the engine warm, drain the oil, fill with kerosene, and run at low speed. After thorough cleaning, add new gear oil. 3. Electrical System: Regularly check the battery electrolyte level, clean electrical contacts, and prevent circuit failures.
Specialized Maintenance for Key Components
1. Engine: Use high-viscosity engine oil during hot seasons, avoid prolonged idling, and regularly check the cooling system.
2. Hydraulic System: Prevent oil contamination, replace filters promptly, and check oil pipe seals.
3. Tires: Maintain standard tire pressure (within ±0.05MPa error), avoid overloading and sharp turns, and keep away from corrosive substances.
Special Environmental Responses
1. High-Temperature Operation: Strengthen heat dissipation checks, adjust the generator voltage regulator to reduce charging current, and prevent engine overheating.
2. High-Altitude/Humid Environments: Pay attention to engine power reduction, check fuel system seals, and prevent condensate from entering the fuel system.
3. Long-Term Storage: Choose a dry environment, secure the equipment during transportation, and conduct a comprehensive inspection before restarting.
