I. Static Inspection Items
1. Appearance Inspection
The vehicle body must be free of scratches, rust, or dents. The paint color of the repaired parts must match the original vehicle.
Check tire pressure (tolerance ≤ ±0.2 bar), the secure installation of the spare tire, and the proper installation of metal plate joints.
2. Fluids and Filters
Confirm that the engine oil, hydraulic oil, and coolant levels meet the standards and that the oil is free of emulsification or impurities.
Check the seal and correct installation orientation of newly replaced filters (such as air filters and hydraulic oil filters).
3. Fasteners and Lubrication
All bolts (engine claw bolts, drive shaft bolts, etc.) must be tightened and not missing.
Lubrication points (such as side drive gears) must be properly greased and free of dry grinding.
II. Dynamic Functional Test
1. Engine and Transmission
After starting, run the vehicle at idle for 5 minutes. Observe the instrument panel for any alarms (water temperature ≤ 95°C, oil pressure normal). Test the clutch and transmission for smooth shifting. When shifting, completely stop the vibration before operating.
2. Braking and Steering
The braking distance meets the standard (≤5 meters when fully loaded), and there is no steering lag or unusual noise.
The vibration system starts and stops smoothly. The engine speed must be reduced to medium before changing the excitation force.
3. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic oil temperature must be ≤80°C, the oil pipes must be leak-free, and the vibration wheel amplitude must be stable.
III. Document and Record Verification
Check the maintenance checklist to confirm that items (such as transmission cleaning and spark plug replacement) have been completed.
Check the maintenance records for completeness (including oil type, replacement time, and operator signature).
IV. Special Operating Condition Verification
High-temperature environment: Test the hydraulic system's heat dissipation performance, with an oil temperature rise rate of ≤2°C/minute.
Dusty environment: Verify the air filter's tightness. After one hour of operation, disassemble and inspect to ensure no dust has penetrated.
