I. Pre-Operation Preparation
Equipment Inspection: Confirm engine oil and hydraulic oil levels are normal. Check that all connections are secure and that there are no leaks in the hydraulic lines.
Environmental Assessment: Clear obstacles from the work area to ensure a clear construction path and set up safety warning signs.
Personal Protective Equipment: Operators must wear safety helmets, non-slip shoes, and gloves.
II. Start-up and Operation
Start-up: Internal Combustion Engine: Start after closing the choke. For cold starts, close the choke and allow the machine to idle for 3-5 minutes before increasing the throttle.
Electric Motor: Start directly with power and run unloaded for 2-3 minutes.
Compaction Operation: Use an "overlapping" route, with the front and rear wheel tracks overlapping by 1/3 of their width. Each layer of fill should be ≤30 cm thick.
Control direction by holding the handlebars and adjust forward/reverse using the steering handle. Do not use the high gear during sharp turns.
III. Shutdown and Maintenance
Shutdown: After the engine has idled for 3-5 minutes, turn off the solenoid switch and oil circuit switch.
Maintenance: Clean the equipment daily and check the air filter; change the engine oil and filter monthly.
IV. Safety Precautions: Do not operate on concrete or hard surfaces.
Stop the machine immediately for inspection if there are any abnormal noises or temperature increases.
When multiple machines are operating, maintain a distance of 3 times the vehicle speed, with a minimum distance of 5 meters.
