Since construction machinery is a special vehicle, operators should receive training and leadership, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and gain certain operating and maintenance experience before operating the machine. The product usage protection instructions provided by the manufacturer are materials for the operator to handle. Before operating the machine, be sure to read the instructions for use and protection, and operate and support it yourself according to the instructions.
Pay attention to the workload during the running-in period. Under normal circumstances, the workload during the running-in period should not exceed 80% of the rated workload, and an appropriate workload should be deployed to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine.
Pay attention to regularly review the oil (water) level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid, and fuel, and pay attention to review the sealing performance of the entire machine. If it is found that there is insufficient or excessive oil during the inspection, the reasons must be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is recommended to add grease to the lubrication points of each shift during the running-in period (except for special requirements).
