Increasing the counterweight of the roller or adjusting the air pressure of the tire-type roller to make the unit line load and average ground specific pressure reach the state, and adjusting the vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibratory roller can give full play to the compaction function of the roller and improve the compaction effect.

3. Final pressure

The purpose of the final compaction is to make the surface of the compacted layer meet the requirements of smoothness. Therefore, it is suitable to use a medium-sized static compactor or vibratory roller to carry out the compaction in a static compaction method, and the compaction speed can be appropriately higher than the recompression speed.
