(1) Before the application, the key inspection of the automobile engine, the equipment in operation, the lifting mechanism, the safety devices of each part, the components of the hydraulic transmission system and the electrical devices, etc., can be started after confirming that they are all in good condition.
(2) Before starting work, lift with full load, rotate the bucket, observe whether there is abnormal sound or vibration of the wheel disc and oil motor, and whether the braking system is smart and reasonable, and then start it after confirming that everything is normal.
(3) When the shovel is operating, except for loose soil, the working surface should not exceed the excavation aspect ratio or deep depth of the larger foundation pit required by the characteristics of the equipment. When carrying out dragline or backhoe operations, the distance between the crawler type of the mini excavator and the edge of the work surface should be at least 1-2.5m.
(4) When the mechanical equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden for all staff to stand in the bucket or on the boom, and there can be no passers-by or obstacles within the minimum turning radius.
(5) When working, the mini excavator should ensure the level, brake the lifting mechanism, and wedge the crawler or tires firmly; if the road in the workplace is soft, sleepers or washers should be padded.
(6) For the stones above the V category or the excessively thick frozen soil layer, the foundation pit should be excavated again after blasting the project.
