1. Optional roller parts: don't go too far, especially when installing the piston of the roller cylinder, it has to be the same size as the original standard part. Blind use of mismatched kits can result in play between the pistons. To solve the current problem, over time, it will damage other accessories connected, and the gain will outweigh the loss.
2. The gap measurement of the roller engine cylinder is not accurate. When measuring, that is, when measuring in the direction of the elliptical skirt perpendicular to the piston pin hole, the gap in the direction of the long axis of the ellipse shall prevail.
3. The open flame heats the piston, which will cause uneven heating of various parts of the engine and easy deformation, thereby reducing the service life of the roller.
Four. Sand the bearing bushings with emery cloth. Many people polish bearing bushings with emery cloth to increase the contact surface between the bushing and the shaft during maintenance. This makes it easy for sand to fall into the engine, which increases wear after the engine is started. At least it will reduce the service life, and the worst case is to scrap the engine.
5. Failure to use lubricating oil as required. Some roller repair compounds are used to apply a layer of grease to the cylinder head gasket when installing it. The cylinder head gasket is required to strictly seal the high temperature and high pressure gas generated in the cylinder and seal the cylinder head. Add the lubricating grease to the cooling water and engine oil in the cylinder with a certain pressure and flow, and add it to the cylinder head gasket. After the cylinder head bolts are tightened, part of the grease will be squeezed into the cylinder water and oil passages, while the grease will remain between the cylinder head gaskets. When the cylinder is working, high-temperature and high-pressure gas is easily exposed here, damaging the cylinder head gasket and causing air leakage. When the grease is in a high temperature state for a long time, carbon deposits will occur, causing the cylinder head gasket to age too quickly.
