During the use of small rollers, the hydraulic oil will gradually decrease or become thinner, which will reduce their lubricating ability. High temperature, oxidation, and pollution may cause dross and stickiness in the system. Regular replacement of hydraulic oil is necessary for various reasons.
1. Open the oil filler cap on the top of the hydraulic oil tank.
2. Rotate and remove the oil drain plug and drain the hydraulic oil. Note: For environmental protection reasons, please put a plastic plate on the bottom of the machine, or use a container to collect the liquid flowing out of the machine. Operate in accordance with environmental protection laws.
3. Unscrew the return filter and replace the filter element.
4. Install the drain plug.
5. Pour clean hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank through the oil filling port.
