What are the common faults of the paving machine ironing plate heating device?

1. Uneven heating: It may be due to uneven distribution of heating elements, heat exchanger failure or temperature control system maladjustment, resulting in excessively high or low temperatures in some areas of the ironing plate.
2. Insufficient heating: For example, insufficient gas supply, incomplete gas combustion, damage or aging of electric heating elements, unstable power supply voltage, etc., may cause the heating device to fail to provide sufficient heat, so that the ironing plate cannot reach the working temperature.
3. Temperature out of control: Temperature sensor failure, control circuit damage or program error will lead to the inability to accurately monitor and control the heating temperature, and the temperature may be too high or too low.
4. Ignition failure: In the gas heating device, igniter failure, gas pipeline blockage or valve damage may cause normal ignition and thus fail to start heating.
