1. Preparation before construction:
1. Personnel training and protection: Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the operation methods, performance and safety regulations of the paver. Before construction, wear personal protective equipment such as safety helmets, protective glasses, earplugs, protective gloves, etc. to protect your own safety.
2. Equipment inspection: Before starting the paver, carefully check whether the engine, hydraulic system, brake system, tires, scraper conveyor, spiral distributor, ironing board and other components are intact, ensure that all components are operating normally, the connection is tight, and there is no looseness, leakage and other problems; check the instrument panel to confirm that the display of each instrument is normal, the switch and the operating gear are in the correct position; at the same time, check whether the fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, etc. are sufficient.
3. Site cleaning: Clean the work site before construction, remove all obstacles that hinder work, ensure a wide field of vision on the site, and avoid collisions between the paver and obstacles during driving or operation.
2. Operation during construction:
1. Driving safety:
Before starting, confirm that the surrounding environment is safe, especially whether there are people or obstacles in front, behind, left, right and below the paver. Due to the small ground clearance of the Tire Paver Machine, special attention should be paid.
Keep stable during driving, avoid sudden acceleration, deceleration or sharp turns, and prevent the paver from losing balance or rolling over. When working on a curve, control the speed and steering angle to ensure that the distance between the end of the ironing device and the curb is not less than 100mm to avoid collision.
2. Operation safety:
During paving operations, it is strictly forbidden to go backwards. If you need to go backwards, you must lift the ironing plate and stop working before you can proceed to prevent damage to the equipment or accidents.
It is strictly forbidden to stand on the ironing plate at will, and non-operating personnel are not allowed to climb the paver to avoid accidents such as people falling.
During work, the operator should always pay attention to the operating status of the equipment, pay attention to whether the indications of each instrument are normal, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if there is any abnormality.
When cooperating with the material transporter, the action should be coordinated and the movement should be synchronized to prevent the material transporter and the paver from colliding with each other. When the material transporter reverses to the paver, the hopper should be aligned and directed by a dedicated person.
3. Equipment maintenance and adjustment:
When performing equipment maintenance, inspection or adjustment, the machine must be stopped first, the engine must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off to ensure that the equipment is in a safe state to prevent accidental start-up. For example, when replacing parts, clearing blockages, etc., this regulation must be strictly followed.
If welding or other electric welding operations are required on the paver, the battery switch must be disconnected, and attention must be paid to the safe distance between the welding part and the fuel tank to prevent fire or explosion.
4. Finishing work after construction:
After the construction is completed, turn off the engine, heating device and other equipment of the paver, and clean and maintain them in accordance with regulations, such as removing the mixture adhered to the equipment and spraying diesel on the parts in contact with the mixture.
Park the paver on a flat and solid ground, and pad the ironing plate with wooden grids to prevent deformation of the ironing plate.
Set up warning signs around the paver to remind passers-by and vehicles to pay attention to safety and avoid collision accidents.
