1. First, remove the nut leveling pad connected with the damping block, and lift down the plum blossom wrench assembly.
2. Place the reducer vertically with the motor facing upward, remove the fixing bolts of the motor and the frame connecting seat support plate respectively, and remove the small roller motor and frame connecting seat support plate.
3. Turn over the reducer so that the oil feeding and draining pipes face upward, remove the fixing bolts and oil barrel screws of the oil feeding and draining pipes, remove the oil feeding and draining pipes, remove the fixing bolts of the plum blossom wrench, and remove the plum blossom wrench.
4. Disassembly of right support plate for frame connection. Remove the nuts and flat pads connected with the damping block, and lift down the right support plate of the frame.
5. First remove the mounting bolts of the shock absorber support plate of the small roller, screw the corresponding bolts into the jackscrew holes of the shock absorber support plate, and push out the shock absorber support plate.
6. Disassembly and dispersion of condenser. Remove the condenser mounting bolts and remove the condenser from the walking support. Use a wrench to remove the condenser assembly from the condenser and remove the O-ring from the condenser tank. Remove the flat head screws and spring pads with a slotted screwdriver, and take out the perforated plate, distance sleeve and wool felt from the condensation cover of the small roller.
8. Disassemble the traveling support assembly and left bearing end cover of the small roller.
