XCMG Small Road Roller rolling method

1. Preparation before pressing: To determine a reasonable rolling method, please replace the forward and reverse shaft or replace the reverse shaft. To determine the rolling length, it is advisable to recommend 80-100m for one direction. The number of compaction passes is determined according to the compactness requirements and the characteristics of the roadbed material.
2. Rolling steps:
(1) The outer side of the driving wheel of the walk-behind road roller is parked on the right side of the road, and the centerline of the body is balanced with the centerline of the road.
(2) The traveling roller moves forward in a straight line so that the outer side of the right driving wheel forms a straight line on the roadbed surface. (called wheel rail)
(3) Before the hand-held roller is close to the end of compaction in this section, adjust the direction to the left (three adjustment processes). When the car stops, the outside of the right drive wheel should be 17-15cm away from the straight line, and the center of the car body should be parallel to the center line of the road.
(4) Hang the rear gear, walk the road roller straightly backward until the end of this section, adjust the direction to the left (three adjustment processes), when the car stops, the right drive wheel should be the straight section 17- 25cm, the centerline of the vehicle body is parallel to the centerline of the road.
(5) Put it in the forward gear again, repeat the first four steps and continue rolling.
