1. First of all, you should be familiar with the natural environment of your mini excavator workplace and ensure its safety. Carefully watch the soil layer in the mini excavator workplace. According to different operations, it is necessary to observe the slope and line height of the construction site, underground cables, various pipelines and surrounding obstacles in advance to ensure the safety of the work area. Turn on the mini excavator for work.
2. Before the operation of the small excavator, in order to ensure the safety of the surrounding people, irrelevant employees are not allowed to stay in the working area of the small excavator, and it is strictly forbidden for irrelevant personnel to enter the cab of the car. It is important to note that with the engine running no one should be standing inside the bucket, on the boom, on the rails and on the roof, and that safety devices should be placed first.
3. Before working, daily inspection and maintenance should not be less. Check whether the engine oil, coolant and gear oil of the excavator are sufficient. When it is not enough, it must be raised immediately. Be sure to pay attention to avoid smoking when filling fuel to prevent fire accidents.
4. During the inspection of the hydraulic transmission system of the small excavator, observe whether there are leaks in the hydraulic oil pipeline, operating valve, hydraulic system, fuel pump, etc., and take care of it if necessary to avoid uncertain safety risks.
5. There are many inspection items before operation, such as regular inspection and adjustment of the reverse support of the track, inspection of the liquid level gauge of the front window cleaning fluid, inspection and cleaning of the air filter, inspection of the shaking structure, equipment, working equipment, etc. Make sure the mini excavator is all right. Working again.
6. To run and prepare the engine, it is best to run the accelerator pedal first, turn off the oil, and do not turn off suddenly after running at high speed; generally speaking, the best working temperature of the engine is 90-95°C, the gear oil The best operating temperature of the excavator is 55-85°C, remember not to low voltage or overweight the mini excavator.
