1. engine oil and lubricating oil shall be changed in summer. Regularly check whether there is oil leakage.
2. replenish the battery liquid in time, reduce the charging current appropriately, replace the aging circuit in time, the fuse capacity meets the requirements for safe use, and the equipment is equipped with fire extinguishers.
3. check the water pump fan drive belt. After the belt is often used in summer, fatigue and deformation will occur, reducing the cooling effect. When replacing the belt, pay attention to the model and length, and correctly adjust the tightness.
4. regularly check the braking efficiency of the whole machine, timely find and eliminate the faults of the braking system, and reduce the hidden dangers of accidents.
5. always pay attention to the degree of the water temperature gauge. When the temperature reaches 100 ℃ or above, measures shall be taken in time. You can choose to park near a cool place and cool down at idle speed. Be careful not to stop the engine immediately to prevent cylinder pulling accident caused by overheating inside the engine.
6. during wading operation, the inclination angle of the small excavator shall not exceed 15 ° to prevent the upper structure from being immersed in water and damaging the radiator. The rail tensioning cylinder shall also be loosened and tightened frequently to remove the sludge on the cylinder and prevent the cylinder from rusting.
7. the weather is hot in summer, and the driver is tired and easy to get tired. You can't force yourself to get too tired and drive. You should get enough sleep so that you can work more efficiently.
