1. Check whether the steering wheel can return to the center automatically, whether the return position is normal and whether the pressure drop increases. Check whether the spring is worn or broken. If it is broken, replace it. After replacement, return the steering wheel to the center.
2. The steering wheel cannot rotate, the pressure is obviously increased or it is difficult to rotate. Check whether the shift pin is broken, deformed and worn, and whether the transmission linkage shaft is broken, deformed, open and worn. If the above conditions are found, replace the shift pin and transmission linkage shaft, and inject transmission oil.
3. When operating the small roller, it is found that the steering wheel rotates, swings left and right, and shakes greatly. Check whether the relevant positions of the rotor and the transmission coupling correspond reasonably or the screws are loose. The driving transmission shaft teeth and the positive rotor tooth roots should correspond to each other.
4. During driving or construction of small roller, it is found that the vehicle deviates from the direction after turning the steering wheel or the vehicle automatically deviates when walking, and the steering cylinder is found to be stationary or slow. At this time, check whether there are sundries in the two-way buffer valve and the spring of the two-way buffer valve. If the two-way buffer valve fails, please replace it in time. If the spring in the two-way buffer valve fails, replace the spring and clean up the sundries. During the replacement process, inject engine oil.
