1. remember to change the engine oil regularly. This oil is equivalent to the blood of engineering machinery. Each type of oil needs regular replacement and maintenance. As a lubricant for normal engine operation, oil is no exception. The engine oil has been used for a long time, the viscosity of the engine oil is reduced, and the engine temperature is too high due to poor lubrication and cooling. The cylinder piston is deformed under high temperature. In addition, in order to filter the impurities in the engine oil, the oil filter element should also be replaced regularly.
2. do not use inferior engine oil. When choosing to buy engine oil, do not buy inferior engine oil for the sake of being cheap. The quality of oil products will directly affect the service life of construction machinery and equipment. Poor engine oil can cause poor turbocharger lubrication, excessive wear, and poor air intake. It is recommended that you choose original accessories or replace pure original accessories.
3. engine oils of different grades shall not be mixed with engine oils of different varieties. Different chemical or physical additives are added in the production process. Mixing different additives together may cause chemical reactions. In addition, different grades of engine oil produced by the same manufacturer cannot be mixed, so they cannot covet such a small price.
4. the more oil you don't add, the better. There are many misunderstandings when changing the oil. The more oil you add, the better. More oil will do great harm. First, too much engine oil will reduce the engine output power and increase a certain amount of fuel consumption; Secondly, overfilling may damage the oil seal, resulting in engine oil leakage.
5. add a small amount of engine oil for many times. How much oil is correct? How to refuel? Usually, the engine of a small excavator is equipped with an organic dipstick. When filling with oil, try filling several times. After about one minute, observe the dipstick and fill it several times to prevent overfilling.
6. the small excavator is not equipped with proper fuel. High viscosity diesel oil is selected in winter and low viscosity diesel oil is selected in summer.
7. the engine cylinder pressure of the small excavator is insufficient, and the engine valve is not closed tightly.
8. it is difficult to start the small excavator hot. There may be a problem with the oil pump or nozzle of the small excavator.
9. the fault is caused by too much water in diesel or too much air mixed in diesel.
10. small excavator solenoid valve failure and diesel pump plunger wear will also lead to misignition.
