Feature
The left and right driving devices run separately, the microcomputer control is adopted and the constant-speed automatic control technology is utilized to control the paving speed.
The mature and reliable DCEC QSB6.7 diesel engine is installed, with the strong power output up to 164kW.
The three-in-one compound radiator is adopted and the fan speed is adjusted automatically with the water temperature to ensure that the machine can work continuously for long time at a high temperature of 50c.
Four sets of full hydraulic systems that run separately are adopted for the conveying and distributing; the material pad control technology (or ultrasonic) is adopted for conveying, and the ultrasonic sensing control technology is adopted for distributing; the material level is controlled automatically to ensure stable material level in the chute.
The distributing device can move up and down conveniently, with wide adjustment range to adapt to the different paving thicknesses and reduce the segregation.
The distributing blade is made of high wear-resistant alloy material, and the conveying baseplate and screed baseplate are made of high wear resistant steel plate to effectively extend the service life of the machine and reduce the maintenance cost.
The whole machine is equipped with a hydraulic telescopic screed supported on four positions, as well as single vibration, eccentric vibration, hydraulic arch adjustment (if equipped) and variable-frequency electric heating etc.
The console is equipped with a large liquid crystal display screen to display various operating parameters directly, and the display screen can be moved to the left or right for the convenience of control.
The hopper is equipped with a hydraulic flap on its front end to control the material spilling effective and reduce the labor intensity.
The central lubrication system is equipped to supply even lubricating oil automatically to various high-temperature positions.
The automation degree is high, the operation is simple and convenient, the construction quality is good and the working efficiency is high.
