Working principle
Heavy duty single drum vibratory roller uses its own weight and vibration mechanism to exert pressure and vibration on the ground through the roller, thereby compacting the material and expelling air and moisture to improve the solidity and load-bearing capacity of the foundation.
Advantage
1. The steel wheels are made of heavy-duty material and are capable of compacting the hardest surfaces. The roller's high weight and large size also contribute to its efficiency, allowing it to quickly and efficiently level the ground, creating a strong and reliable surface.
2. Very easy to use. The operator controls the machine simply from the cab, using a series of simple controls to move the roller forward or backward, adjust its speed and change its direction. This ease of use makes rollers ideal for construction projects of all sizes and ensures operators can work quickly and efficiently without being slowed down by complex machinery.
3. Versatility. The machine is able to work on a variety of surfaces, including asphalt, concrete and gravel, making it a must-have tool on any construction site. Its ability to work on both flat and uneven surfaces also makes it ideal for a variety of different projects, from road construction to landscaping.
Application areas
Heavy duty single drum vibratory roller is mainly used for road construction, bridge foundations, parking lots, airport runways, dock areas, embankment projects and compaction of large sites.
Precautions
Operators need to receive professional training and strictly follow the operation manual to ensure safety and effective use of equipment.
