CV163/CV163PD Hydraulic single drum vibratory roller is a heavy-type, self-propelled, full hydraulic single drive single drum vibratory roller which is special designed for European and Ameri- can markets. This product fulfills the requirements of the US Tier4F emission standards. It is character-ized by large exciting force, high compaction effi-ciency and good compaction quality, etc. and is widely used in compaction work of base layer, sub-base layer and rock fill in roads, railways, air ports, harbors, dams and industrial construction site.

 

Product composition

● Engine: This machine utilizes Cummins electrical control engine, water-cooled, turbocharged with big power reservation, low fuel consumption and noise. DOC+ DPF+ SCR single type after-treat- ment system fulfills the requirements of the US Tier 4F and EU Stage V emission standards.

● Hydraulic drive system: Closed loop hydraulic drive system com-posed of piston pump and piston motor ensures better drive perfor-mance and higher gradeability. Two gears infinitely variable speeds ensure optimized working speeds under different working condi-tions.

● Transmission system: Use heavy roller special drive axle, tubeless tire with optional quincunx and herringbone patterns.

● Hydraulic vibration system: Closed loop hydraulic vibration system composed of piston pump and piston motor. Dual frequency and amplitude, reasonable and optimized match of static linear load and centrifugal force enables the machine to deliver excellent compac- tion performance over materials of varied layer thickness.

● Braking system: Braking system is composed of drive axle, multi-disc brake on the wheel side reducer and hydrostatic braking of closed hydraulic system. Service braking, parking braking and emergency braking functions ensure reliable and safe driving.
