The low temperature makes the engine of the roller inconvenient to operate, and the key reasons are the increase of the viscosity of the lubricating oil, the reduction of the working capacity of the battery and the abnormal atomization of the fuel.
The viscosity of the oil increases as the temperature decreases, and the worse the flow performance, the worse the engine lubrication standard, and the increase in the rotational pressure of the crankshaft.
When the battery of the roller is at a low temperature, the viscosity of the electrolyte also increases, the infiltration working capacity is reduced, and the internal resistance increases, so that the capacity and terminal voltage of the battery are significantly reduced, and the battery cannot even be discharged. The reduction of the voltage makes the starter unable to obtain the required output power, and it is difficult to achieve the regulation of the operating speed ratio. Due to the low temperature, the crankshaft speed ratio of the roller engine operation is not high, the temperature of the intake pipe and the gas flow rate are low, and the atomization quality of the fuel is poor, which further improves the inconvenience of the engine operation.
Under the low-temperature standard, all kinds of oil in the roller have high viscosity and poor fluidity, which brings inconvenience to the operation of the roller and aggravates the damage to the mechanical parts. The viscosity of the lubricating oil is large, the churning power of the machine is increased, the engine power is reduced, and the speed of the transmission system is not high, which in turn reduces the driving ability of the roller to move and the vibration excitation mechanism.
The poor circulation of lubricating oil increases the inconvenience for the lubrication of some roller components, reduces the lubrication efficiency, and further aggravates the damage to the mechanical parts of the engine and transmission components.
