I. Daily Inspection Items
1. Fluid Condition Monitoring
Engine Oil: If the oil level is below the dipstick limit or the color is black (contains metal shavings), replace it immediately.
Hydraulic Oil: If the oil level is below the mark or emulsifies (appears milky white), replenish or replace it.
Coolant: If the fluid level is low or the freezing point is below the standard (below -30°C in winter), repair it.
2. Key Component Inspection
Tires/Drums: If the pressure deviation is greater than ±0.2 bar or if there are surface cracks, adjust/repair them.
Brake System: If the brake fluid level is low or the braking distance is prolonged, inspect it.
Battery: If the battery is low (starting voltage < 24V), charge or replace it.
II. Periodic Maintenance Triggers
1. Time/Mileage Thresholds
Engine Oil: Must be changed every 500 hours or 6 months (whichever comes first). Filters: Replace the air filter every 200 hours, and the fuel/hydraulic oil filter every 500 hours.
Spark plugs: Replace every 1000 hours or if ignition is abnormal.
2. Abnormal Signal Identification
Engine: Immediately shut down and inspect any signs of black smoke, power loss, or water temperature alarm (>95°C).
Vibration System: Unstable amplitude or unusual noises require checking the bearings/couplings.
III. Maintenance Tips for Special Operating Conditions
Harsh Environments: After working in dusty environments, replace the air filter 50% earlier than the recommended cycle.
Long-Term Storage: Disconnect the battery and lubricate exposed metal parts if the vehicle has not been used for more than 30 days.
