I. Tool Preparation
Fine needle or paperclip: Used to adjust the angle of a single-hole nozzle.
Flathead screwdriver: Suitable for adjusting a fan-shaped nozzle.
Flow controller: Some models require adjusting the water flow rate.
II. Adjustment Steps
Positioning the Sprayer Nozzle: Usually located above the compaction wheel; some models have a protective cover.
Adjusting the Angle:
Single-hole nozzle: Insert a fine needle into the small hole and gently twist to change the direction.
Fan-shaped nozzle: Gently twist with a flathead screwdriver; clockwise to raise the position, counterclockwise to lower it.
Testing the Effect: Observe the coverage area after spraying water. Ideally, the highest point of the water jet should reach two-thirds of the way up the windshield.
III. Precautions
Force Control: Each adjustment should not exceed 15 degrees to avoid damaging components.
Dynamic Verification: Spray water three times consecutively after activating the wipers to ensure complete coverage.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly unclog the spray nozzles to keep them clear.
