How to perform daily technical maintenance on paver

1. Daily technical maintenance (1) Clean the paver: remove mud, sand and asphalt accumulated on the surface of the paver; remove dust and oil on the surface of the engine, hydraulic components and other components. Be careful not to get dirt into the oil filler ports and air filters. (2) Check the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of the heating system. (3) Check the connection and tightening of various parts of the paver, especially whether the connecting bolts of the left and right track beams and frames, screeds, material distribution devices and scraper conveying devices are loose or broken, and tighten them if necessary or replace. (4) Check and eliminate leakage in various parts. (5) Check the quantity of engine oil, fuel, coolant and hydraulic oil, and add new oil according to regulations to the oil mark. (6) Check whether there is an appropriate amount of grease in the centralized lubrication device. (7) Check whether the blades of the spiral material distribution device are cracked and replace them if any. (8) Check whether each electrical plug is loose.
