What are the periodic technical maintenance methods for paver

(1) Technical maintenance content after 50 hours of running-in. Before being put into use, the paver should undergo a 50-hour trial run, otherwise it shall not be put into use. The 50-hour running-in operation should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions in the engine instruction manual. After the running-in test run, technical maintenance must be carried out as follows: ① Replace the diesel engine oil: drain out the old oil when the engine is hot, and then inject new oil; after a short-term operation, immediately check whether the engine oil level is at the specified height. ② Replace the lubricating oil of the transfer case and all reducers (including traveling, material distribution, and conveying reducers); drain out the old lubricating oil when the engine is warmed up, and then inject new lubricating oil. ③Replace the oil filter element. ④Replace the diesel fine filter element ⑤Check whether the hydraulic oil reaches the specified amount. ⑥ Check the engine coolant level. If it is insufficient, add it to the specified amount. ⑦ Check the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of the heating system. ⑧ Check whether there are cracks in the rubber track pads. If the crack length is greater than 50mm, it must be replaced. ⑨ Check each hydraulic system for leaks and eliminate them if necessary. ⑩The air filter element must be cleaned every 50 hours of diesel engine operation. Check the blades of the spiral material distribution device for cracks and replace them if any. Check whether the automatic leveling device is normal. Check whether there is leakage in each working cylinder, and if so, eliminate it.
(2) Technical maintenance content for every 100 hours of work ① Carry out all items of daily technical maintenance. ② Carry out maintenance according to the 100h technical maintenance items in the diesel engine operating manual.
(3) Technical maintenance for every 200 hours of operation ① Repeat the technical maintenance content for 100 hours. ② Carry out maintenance according to the 200h technical maintenance items in the diesel engine operating manual.
(4) Contents of technical maintenance for every 500 hours of work ① Repeat all items in 200 hours of technical maintenance. ② Carry out maintenance according to the 200h technical maintenance items in the diesel engine operating manual. ③ Check whether there are cracks in the welding joints of the frame, fuel tank and other important components, and whether there is any deformation of the track beam. If any, it will be resolved. ④ Check whether the electrical circuits of each operating switch and operating monitoring device are normal. If damaged, repair it immediately. ⑤ Check the wear of the material distribution device. ⑥ Check the basic condition of the battery, such as the oxidation of the two poles, etc.
(5) Technical maintenance content for every 1000 hours of operation ① Repeat the technical maintenance content for 200 hours. ② Carry out maintenance according to the 200h technical maintenance items in the diesel engine operating manual. ③Replace the hydraulic oil filter element. ④Replace the diesel engine oil. In addition to the periodic technical maintenance introduced above, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the paver must be carried out every winter, and the lubricating oil of each reducer and transfer case must be replaced if necessary.
