With the increase of use time, the seals of the pressure relief valve may age, wear, etc., resulting in leakage. Check the condition of the seals regularly and replace the seals in time if necessary.
When replacing the seals, choose high-quality seals that match the specifications of the pressure relief valve and install them according to the correct installation method.
5. Train operators:
Ensure that the operators are familiar with the working principle, operation method and maintenance requirements of the pressure relief valve. Train the operators to improve their safety awareness and operating skills.
When operating the pressure relief valve, the operator should strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid misoperation.
