I. Pre-Operation Preparation
1. Environmental Inspection: Clear debris and gravel from the work area, ensuring the ground slope is ≤15°.
Equipment Pre-Inspection: Check the lubricating oil level (oil dipstick should be in the min-max range), the condition of fasteners, and for leaks in the hydraulic lines.
2. Personal Protective Equipment: Wear shockproof gloves, goggles, and steel-toed safety shoes.
II. Start-up and Operation
1. Start-up: Internal Combustion Engine: Open the fuel valve, gently pull the starter rope to the resistance point, then quickly pull it back. Close the choke for cold starts.
Electric Motor: Start directly with power, running unloaded for 2-3 minutes.
2. Compaction Operation: Use an "overlapping" route, with the front and rear wheel tracks overlapping by 1/3 of their width.
Each layer of fill should be ≤30 cm thick to avoid deep, loose layers.
Vibration frequency must meet design requirements (deviation ≤3Hz), and the average amplitude ≤0.4 mm.
III. Shutdown and Maintenance
1. Shutdown: After the engine has idled for 3-5 minutes, turn off the solenoid switch and oil circuit switch.
2. Maintenance: Clean the equipment daily and check the air filter.
Change the engine oil and filter monthly, and calibrate the vibration frequency.
IV. Safety Precautions
Non-operator personnel are prohibited from staying within a 3-meter radius of the equipment.
Stop the machine immediately for inspection if there are any abnormal noises or temperature increases.
The hydraulic rammer must be perpendicular to the working surface; avoid tilting it more than 5 degrees.
