Maintenance knowledge of small roller is as follows:
(1) Check the oil level of the brake booster oil cup.
(2) Check the clearance between the brake disc and the brake drum of the parking brake in the first 50 working hours, and adjust it if it is inappropriate. Check every 250 working hours thereafter.
(3) Tighten all front and rear transmission shaft connecting bolts.
(4) Check the transmission oil level.
(5) Check and lubricate the throttle control system, hand brake system and variable speed control system.
(6) Check the lubrication condition of each lubricating point, and inject lubricating grease to the fan shaft, hinge joints of front and rear frames, transmission shaft, subframe and other points.
(7) Keep the battery terminals clean and coated with vaseline to avoid the corrosion of acid mist on the terminals.
