1. Appearance inspection:
Check whether the outer shell is damaged, cracked or deformed.
Check whether the bolts and nuts are tight.
2. Engine inspection:
Check whether the fuel system is leaking and whether the fuel line is aging or damaged.
Check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil, and replace the lubricating oil regularly.
Check whether the air filter is clean and replace it if necessary.
Check the electrode gap and carbon deposit of the spark plug and replace it if necessary.
3. Vibration system inspection:
Check whether the surface of the vibration plate is damaged or worn.
Check whether the vibration spring and shock absorber are working properly.
Check whether the fixing bolts of the eccentric block are tight and the wear of the eccentric block.
4. Electrical system inspection:
Check whether the wires and cables are worn, aged or damaged.
Check whether the switches and controllers are working properly and whether the operation is flexible.
Check the battery power and electrolyte level, and clean the battery terminals regularly.
5. Hydraulic system inspection (if any):
Check the oil level and oil quality of the hydraulic oil, and replace the hydraulic oil regularly.
Check the hydraulic lines for leaks, aging or damage.
Check the hydraulic cylinder and motor for normal operation.
6. Operation parts inspection:
Check the handles and control levers for flexibility and smooth operation.
Check the handles and carrying devices for firmness, damage or deformation.
7. Cleaning and lubrication:
Clean the surface of the plate compactor regularly to remove dust, dirt and oil.
Apply lubricating oil or grease regularly to parts that need lubrication (such as bearings, gears, sliding parts, etc.).
8. Storage conditions:
Store the plate compactor in a dry, well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture and corrosion.
Check the storage status of the equipment regularly to ensure that the equipment is ready for use at any time.
