Brake slippage is caused by reduced friction. The slippage caused by the reduction of the friction force of the roller friction plate can be solved by replacing the new friction plate. The size of the friction force of the friction brake depends not only on the pressure of the pressure plate but also on the friction coefficient of the friction plate. The brake friction plate should have a large friction coefficient. If the friction plate is used for a long time, the friction surface is ablated and hardened, and there is oil or moisture, the friction coefficient will be reduced, which will cause the brake to slip.
Finally, I will introduce the reasons for the overheating and even the smoke of the lower roller clutch, including incomplete clutch separation; slippage of the clutch; deformation of the friction plate; poor ventilation, and heat dissipation; long-term overload work. The deformation of the friction plate should be corrected or replaced; if the ventilation and heat dissipation are not smooth, the heat dissipation channel of the clutch box should be cleared; the long-term overload work should change the working condition or stop to cool down.
