1. Daily inspection and maintenance
Appearance inspection: Regularly check whether the fuselage has cracks, deformation or wear to ensure that the fuselage is intact.
Connection inspection: Check whether the bolts of each connection are complete and tightened to prevent looseness from affecting the performance of the equipment.
Lubrication inspection: Check whether each lubrication point is well lubricated, add or replace lubricating oil in time to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
Cleaning equipment: After each use, the dirt and debris on the surface of the Tamping rammer should be removed to keep the equipment clean.
Carburetor adjustment: If the Tamping rammer jumps irregularly, it may be due to the high-speed fuel supply problem of the carburetor caused by the low engine speed, and the carburetor needs to be readjusted.
2. Regular maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance: Clean the inside and outside of the fuselage regularly, remove accumulated dust, dirt and other debris, and keep the equipment clean.
Replace oil: According to the requirements of the instruction manual, regularly replace engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and coolant, etc. to ensure that the oil is clean and sufficient.
Adjustment and calibration: Regularly check and adjust various parameters of the equipment, such as impact frequency, amplitude, etc., to ensure stable performance of the equipment.
Air filter inspection: Turn off the engine and wait for it to cool down, open the air filter cover, take out the air filter, and observe whether the air filter is damaged. If damaged, replace it with a new air filter.
Spark plug inspection: Turn off the engine and wait for it to cool down, pull out the spark plug cap, use a spark plug socket wrench to remove the spark plug, and check whether the ceramic part is loose or damaged. If necessary, adjust or replace it.
Fuel filter replacement: Replace the fuel filter every year. If the fuel is too dirty, shorten the replacement cycle.
Impact system lubrication: Lubricate the impact system with specified lubricant every 20 hours of use.
Tool holder inspection: Regularly check the wear of the tool holder. The maximum swing from the holder installation point to 200 mm of the tool shall not exceed 6 mm.
III. Special maintenance
Seasonal maintenance: Before the arrival of winter, replace the antifreeze to prevent damage to the equipment due to freezing of the coolant.
Long-term storage and maintenance: If the equipment needs to be stored for a long time, the fuel in the tank should be drained and the tank and fuel system should be cleaned.
4. Troubleshooting and maintenance
Troubleshooting: When the equipment fails, it should first be preliminarily investigated according to the fault phenomenon to determine the fault location and cause.
Professional maintenance: For faults that cannot be solved by yourself, you should contact professional maintenance personnel or manufacturers for repairs in time to ensure that the equipment is restored to normal use as soon as possible.
5. Safety precautions
Maintenance safety: When performing maintenance, ensure that the equipment has been shut down and the power supply is cut off to prevent accidental startup and injury.
Use professional tools: Use professional tools and equipment for maintenance and repair to avoid using inappropriate tools that may cause equipment damage or personal injury.
Comply with operating procedures: Strictly abide by the equipment's operating instructions and safety operating procedures to ensure the safety of the maintenance process.
