1. Insufficient heating
Check whether the power or gas supply is normal, ensure that the voltage is stable, the gas is sufficient and the pressure is normal.
Check whether the heating element is damaged, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
Check whether the temperature controller is set correctly, recalibrate or adjust the temperature setting.
2. Uneven temperature
Check whether the heating element is evenly distributed, and adjust or replace it if it is uneven.
Clean the heat exchanger to ensure uniform heat transfer.
3. Unable to heat
For electric heating, check whether the circuit is broken, repair or replace damaged wires and connecting parts.
For gas heating, check whether the ignition device is working properly, whether the gas valve is open, and whether the gas pipeline is blocked.
4. Temperature out of control
Replace the faulty temperature sensor.
Check the temperature control module, and repair or replace the damaged control component.
5. Gas leakage
Immediately turn off the gas valve and find the leaking point, which may be the pipe connection, valve or gas storage device. Repair or replace the leaking part.
6. Electrical failure
Check whether electrical components such as relays and contactors are working properly, and replace the faulty components.
7. Abnormal noise from the heating device
Check if the parts are loose and tighten the loose parts.
Check if the running parts such as fans and motors are abnormal. If damaged, repair or replace them.
When troubleshooting, be sure to stop the equipment first and operate it under safe conditions. If you cannot determine the cause of the fault or cannot solve it yourself, you should contact a professional maintenance person in time.
