Engine Oil and Filter: Overload causes high-temperature oxidation of the oil, resulting in loss of lubrication. Complete replacement is essential to prevent cylinder scoring and bearing seizure.
Hydraulic Oil and Filter: This fluid is prone to deterioration, producing gum and metal shavings. Replacement is necessary to prevent valve assembly jamming and pump wear.
Gearbox Oil (for traction impact rollers): Check for emulsification or deterioration. Top up or replace to the standard level.
II. Vulnerable Components Requiring Repair or Replacement
1. Vibration Bearing
Overload shortens its lifespan by 30%–50%. Replacement is required if abnormal noise, overheating, or loosening occurs.
It is recommended to use a professional stethoscope for inspection. If any abnormality is found, immediately stop the machine for repair.
2. Steel Wheel Welds
Metal fatigue can lead to micro-cracks, especially at the hub connection and reinforcing rib areas.
Visual inspection or ultrasonic flaw detector inspection is required. If cracks are found, repair welding or replacement by a professional is necessary.
3. Hydraulic System Components
Includes hydraulic pumps, motors, valve assemblies, and piping. Leaks, unstable pressure, or sluggish operation require disassembly, inspection, repair, or replacement of seals.
In severe cases, pipe rupture may occur, necessitating immediate replacement of high-pressure hoses.
4. Engine System
Blue smoke (oil burning) and significant power loss may require inspection of the turbocharger, piston rings, or cylinder block.
Clean or replace the air filter to prevent excessive intake resistance from aggravating the load.
5. Shock Absorbers and Cushions
Cracked rubber shock absorbers and leaking hydraulic buffer cylinders require replacement to restore energy absorption and protect the engine structure.
III. System Cleaning and Status Reset
Clean the radiator, engine compartment, and remove any deposits (such as asphalt or mud) from the steel wheels to ensure efficient cooling and balanced operation.
Reset instrument parameters, clear ECU fault codes, and confirm that the Engine Management System (EMS) has returned to normal monitoring functions.
