What parts should be checked before operating the Road Roller?

1. Appearance inspection
Body cleaning: Check whether there is obvious dirt, oil stains or damage on the body of the Road Roller.
Component integrity: Check whether all external parts are complete, including lights, reflectors, guardrails, etc.
2. Tires or tracks
Tire pressure: Check whether the tire pressure meets the manufacturer's recommended value.
Tire wear: Check whether the tire has uneven wear, cracks or other damage.
Track tightness: For tracked Road Rollers, check whether the track is tight enough to avoid being too loose or too tight.
3. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic oil level: Check whether the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is within the normal range.
Hydraulic oil pipes and joints: Check whether the hydraulic oil pipes have leaks, cracks or damage, and whether the joints are tight.
Hydraulic pumps and motors: Check whether the hydraulic pumps and motors have abnormal sounds or vibrations.
4. Engine

6. Steering system

9. Lubrication system
