Since construction machinery is a specialized vehicle, operators should receive training and guidance, have a thorough understanding of the machine's structure and performance, and acquire sufficient operating and maintenance experience before operating the machine. The manufacturer's product instructions are essential for operator guidance. Before operating the machine, be sure to review these instructions and operate and maintain the machine in accordance with the instructions.
Pay attention to the workload during the run-in period. Generally, the workload during the run-in period should not exceed 80% of the rated load. An appropriate workload should be adjusted to prevent overheating caused by prolonged continuous operation.
Regularly check the oil (water) levels and quality of the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid, and fuel, and also check the sealing performance of the entire machine. If insufficient or excessive oil is detected during inspection, analyze the cause. Furthermore, ensure that all lubrication points are lubricated more effectively. It is recommended that all lubrication points be re-lubricated every shift during the run-in period (unless otherwise required).
