Daily Maintenance
1. Check hydraulic oil: Regularly check the oil level to ensure it is within the range specified on the oil level gauge. Add oil as needed. Also, observe the oil quality; if it becomes darker, cloudy, or has an unusual odor, replace it immediately.
2. Clean the hydraulic system: Regularly clean dust and oil stains from the surface of the hydraulic station to prevent impurities from entering the system. Check oil pipes and joints for looseness or wear, and tighten or replace them as needed.
3. Check the oil filter: The oil filter effectively filters impurities from the hydraulic oil. It is recommended to clean or replace it every 500 hours.
Regular Maintenance
1. Hydraulic oil tank cleaning: The hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned and the oil changed every six months. When adding or changing oil, ensure that impurities do not enter the tank, and new oil must be filtered.
2. System pressure monitoring: Regularly check whether the system pressure is within the normal range. If the pressure is abnormal, adjust or repair it promptly. 3. Hydraulic Cylinder Inspection: Check the hydraulic cylinder for oil leaks or scratches. Replace seals if necessary and clean contaminants from the piston rod surface. Annual Maintenance
1. Complete Hydraulic Oil and Filter Replacement: Completely replace the hydraulic oil at least once a year, clean the oil tank, and replace all oil filters.
2. Hydraulic Pump and Motor Inspection: Check the operating status of the hydraulic pump and motor. If there is abnormal noise or excessive temperature rise, repair immediately.
3. System Debugging: After the annual maintenance, perform a comprehensive debugging of the hydraulic system to ensure all parameters are normal.
Precautions
1. Use the Correct Hydraulic Oil: Use No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
2. Keep the System Clean: When adding hydraulic oil, only pass it through a filter, preferably a system filter or a portable filter cart equipped with a precision filter.
3. Avoid Contamination: Prevent contaminants from the surrounding environment from entering the oil tank to ensure the hydraulic oil is clean.
