1. Oil Contamination
Causes: External impurities entering or internal oxidation and deterioration.
Solutions: Regularly clean the filter, change the oil, and improve the oil tank sealing.
Prevention: Use hydraulic oil of the recommended viscosity to avoid oil oxidation.
2. Abnormal Pressure
Causes: Relief valve stuck, pump damaged, or insufficient oil.
Solutions: Clean or replace the relief valve.
Check the hydraulic pump status and add oil to the standard level.
If the pressure is unstable, check if the filter is clogged or if there are leaks in the oil pipes.
3. Leakage Problems
Causes: Aging seals, broken pipes, or improper installation.
Solutions: Replace the seals (e.g., Yx-type sealing rings).
Repair or replace damaged pipes and tighten joint bolts.
Check the coaxiality of the cylinder and guide sleeve to avoid jamming that could cause leakage. 4. Overheating Oil
Causes: Poor heat dissipation, unsuitable oil viscosity, or system unloading circuit malfunction.
Solutions: Install a cooler to control oil temperature between 20-60℃.
Clean the radiator of dust and avoid overloading.
Use hydraulic oil of appropriate viscosity.
5. Noise and Vibration
Causes: Hydraulic pump cavitation, component wear, or mechanical loosening.
Solutions: Check the suction line and tighten any loose parts.
Add a venting device and replace worn pumps or valves.
Daily Maintenance Recommendations
Replace filter elements regularly: Replace them regularly, like a mask, to prevent impurities from entering the system.
Control oil temperature: Avoid exceeding 55℃ to reduce system load.
Standardized operation: Avoid sudden stops and starts to reduce shock.
