How to maintain the paver when it is parked for a long time

If the paver will be parked for 3 months, maintenance should be carried out according to the following requirements:
(1) Perform technical maintenance for long-term parking and perform anti-rust treatment according to the requirements in the instruction manual.
(2) Clean the internal and external surfaces of the machine, hopper, screed, spiral material distribution device and scraper conveyor device. It should be parked in a warehouse as much as possible; if it is placed in the open air, it should be placed in a ventilated place and covered with canvas.
(3) Pad the screed with wooden blocks.
(4) The hopper and leveling cylinder must be fully retracted and greased.
(5) When parked for a long time, only the basic sections of the ironing device and material distribution device can be installed on the main machine.
(6) The random accessories of the paver should be rust-proofed after cleaning and placed in a clean and ventilated room.
(7) Add new lubricating oil or grease to each lubrication point of the paver.
