1. Preparation before construction
Inspect the equipment: Make sure the engine, base plate and vibrating parts are intact. Check whether the fuel and lubricating oil are sufficient and add them in time. Confirm that the bolts, belts and connecting parts are not loose.
Clean up the work area: Remove obstacles in the construction area, such as stones, branches, etc. Ensure that the construction surface is flat and there are no obvious potholes or height differences.
Laying the cushion layer: When the topsoil is soft, a 1.0m to 2.0m thick gravel cushion layer can be laid to provide more stable support.
2. Precautions during operation
Smooth operation: Push the equipment smoothly and avoid fast dragging or sharp turns. Compact in sequence according to the construction area planning to avoid missing or repeated compaction.
Avoid forced advancement: For harder ground, compaction can be performed multiple times to avoid forced advancement. If you encounter slope construction, you should work parallel to the slope to avoid lateral slippage.
Safe standing position: Hold the control lever with both hands to keep your body balanced. Stand away from the base plate to prevent your feet from being crushed.
3. Specifications during construction
Avoid long-term continuous operation: It is not advisable to operate continuously for a long time. It is recommended to stop and rest after 30-60 minutes of each operation to prevent the equipment from overheating.
Regularly remove debris: During construction, the dirt and debris on the base plate and vibrating parts should be removed regularly to prevent affecting the vibration force.
4. Stop and transfer equipment
Proper shutdown: After completing the construction, turn off the vibration function and then stop the engine. Move the equipment after the engine stops completely.
Safe transfer: It is not recommended to drag the equipment directly by manpower. Professional transportation tools must be used to transfer it to the next construction site. If the equipment needs to be lifted, it should be done by two people to prevent operating errors or injuries.
