1. Perform technical maintenance for long-term parking according to the engine manual and perform rust prevention.
2. Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the Road Roller. Park it in a warehouse if conditions permit. For outdoor parking, choose a ventilated place and cover it with canvas.
3. Drain the water in the engine water tank (especially in winter) and clean the machine carefully.
4. Add new oil or grease to the lubrication points.
5. Apply a protective layer on the metal surface, such as rust inhibitor, paint, etc.
6. Store the Road Roller in a dry warehouse. It is forbidden to store irrelevant items and gasoline. When parking in the open air on rainy days, the parking ground should be dry and covered with rainproof cloth.
7. Start the machine regularly to drive out moisture. If the machine is stopped for a long time without power supply, measures should be taken to keep the inside of the unit clean and dry.
