2. Immediately fill the rechargeable battery fluid, moderately reduce the current, and immediately change the aging route, the circuit breaker volume meets the safety application regulations, and the machinery and equipment are equipped with fire extinguishers.
3. Check the drive belt of the centrifugal pump fan drive system. After the belt is often used in summer, it will cause fatigue and deformation, reducing the actual effect of cooling. When disassembling and replacing the transmission belt, pay attention to the model, specification and length, and adjust the tightness properly.
4. Regularly maintain the high efficiency of the overall braking system, deal with and clear the abnormality of the braking system in time, and reduce the hidden danger of accidents.
5. Pay attention to the degree of myopia of the water temperature from beginning to end. When the ambient temperature exceeds 100℃ or above, certain effective measures should be taken immediately. You can choose the nearest ventilated place to park and cool down quickly. Note that it is not necessary to shut down immediately to prevent the over-temperature of the internal structure of the car engine from causing the safety accident of the engine pulling the cylinder.
6. When going out to work, the oblique viewing angle of the small excavator should not exceed 15° to prevent the upper structure from seeping into the water and destroying the heat pipe radiator. The rail tensioning hydraulic cylinder should also be loosened and tightened frequently to eliminate the sludge on the hydraulic cylinder and prevent the hydraulic cylinder from rusting.
7. In summer, the temperature is hot and the driver's body is tired and easily fatigued. You cannot force yourself to overwork and drive safely. You should make sure you get enough sleep so you can work more efficiently.
