Roller operating requirements

1. Preparation before homework
Check whether all working mechanisms and fastening parts are intact. Start the engine and confirm it is normal through test operation, and the braking, steering and other working mechanisms should be intact. Use the method of increasing or decreasing the counterweight to adjust the operating line pressure of the road roller to the specified value. However, for initial pressure operations on soft roadbeds and near mountains and steep areas, the construction site must be inspected to ensure the safety of the workers.
2. Requirements in homework
During operation, the operator should follow the compaction process specified in the construction regulations for rolling. During the operation, pay close attention to the readings of each instrument. If any abnormalities are found, they should be checked and eliminated in time. It is strictly forbidden to work while sick. The amplitude and frequency of the vibratory roller should be controlled within the specified range. Vibratory rollers should stop vibrating before changing direction, slowing down or stopping. When multiple rollers operate together, the prescribed formation and separation distance should be maintained, and corresponding contact signals should be established. The road roller should be turned and reversed smoothly during the rolling section, and the road roller should not be allowed to change direction while in an inertial rolling state. Operate according to the prescribed rolling speed, and do not change the rolling speed and direction at will or stop the machine midway. It is forbidden to use the differential locking device on three-wheel rollers under normal circumstances, especially when turning. It is forbidden to change gears when the roller is driving on a slope, and it is forbidden to slide out of gear. It is strictly forbidden for the roller to tow other equipment or be towed, and it is strictly forbidden to move the roller by itself over long distances.
3. Post-work requirements
After operation, the roller should be parked on a safe and flat site. After each shift is completed, the dirt on the entire machine and the surface of the grinding wheel should be cleaned promptly, and routine maintenance work should be performed according to regulations and time.
