1、 Before startup:
(1) Please read the operation manual carefully before operating the machine
(2) Check whether the engine oil is fully filled and whether the fuel is full.
(3) Whether the air filter is clean and whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient
(4) Whether the tightness of the V-belt chain is normal and whether the bolts of the whole machine are loose.
2、 At startup:
(1) First open the engine fuel valve. When the engine switch is turned to the on position, the main power supply is turned on by electric starting.
(2) Pull the direction handle of the roller to the stop position.
(3) Pull the choke lever to the closed position and reset it after startup. It is not necessary to start the hot engine.
(4) Pull the starting handle gently, feel resistance, pull it hard, and then slowly put it back. For electric starting, turn the starting key.
(5) The accelerator should be pushed to the lowest position, and the machine can only enter into operation after idling for 5 minutes
3、 When used:
(1) Use the direction handle to control forward, backward and stop.
(2) The exciting force can be controlled by adjusting the throttle according to the actual construction requirements.
(3) When stopping after compaction, turn the accelerator to the lowest position and turn the engine switch to the off position.
4、 During maintenance:
(1) Apply a thin oil film to the rusty parts of the roller
(2) Clean the machine surface in time, and paint the damaged part to prevent rust.
(3) Every 15 working days, a sufficient amount of general lithium grease shall be injected into the bearings of the driving shaft and the bearings on both sides of the steel wheel.
