(1) The key to overcome engine overheating is to strengthen the maintenance of the cooling system.
(2) Check and tension the fan belt frequently, and clean the dust collection on the radiator in time to strengthen the ventilation of the radiator.
(3) For the water-cooled engine of the road roller, the radiator and water jacket can also be flushed with water from the opposite direction of the normal circulation of the cooling system, and the analyzer in front of the furnace can remove scale and sediment, so as to enhance the heat dissipation effect.
(4) In high temperature season, the roller shall be replaced with thicker engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and lubricating grease with higher dropping point during operation.
(5) In case of high temperature, the power consumption during engine startup is small. In order to prevent electrolyte evaporation caused by battery temperature rise due to high current charging, the voltage regulator of the generator shall be adjusted to reduce the charging current. In addition, the liquid level of electrolyte shall be checked frequently and distilled water shall be filled in time.
