I. Power System Failures
1. Engine Abnormalities
Black smoke: Poor fuel quality, clogged air filter, or worn fuel injectors. Replace the filter and adjust the injection timing.
Low power: Restricted fuel/air intake or throttle lever failure. Clean the oil circuit and inspect the air intake system.
High temperature alarm: Low oil or thermostat failure. Add qualified oil and replace the thermostat.
2. Hydraulic System Problems
Insufficient oil supply: Worn hydraulic pump or clogged oil circuit. Replace the pump and clean the oil circuit.
Abnormal pressure: Faulty pressure limiting valve or clogged oil filter. Adjust the pressure valve or replace the filter.
II. Travel and Transmission Failures
1. Unable to travel
Broken chain: Check the integrity of the drive chain; if broken, replace it.
Hydraulic motor failure: Low oil or slipping V-belt. Add oil or replace the belt. 2. Vibration Failure
Vibration wheel inoperative: The coupling spline shaft is broken or the bearing is poorly lubricated. Replace the damaged part and relubricate.
Amplitude modulation device damage: This causes abnormal vibration frequency and requires professional repair.
III. Control System Failure
1. Clutch Problem
Incomplete disengagement: The clearance between the release bearing and the lever is excessive and needs to be adjusted to the standard value.
Overheating: Frequent partial clutching causes this. Shut down the machine for cooling and inspect the heat dissipation vents.
2. Abnormal Steering
Heavy steering: Hydraulic oil contamination or steering cylinder leakage. Replace the seals and clean the oil circuit.
Steering Failure: The steering gear connecting pin is broken and needs to be replaced immediately.
IV. Electrical System Failure
Poor contact on the vibration switch: Check the wiring and repair or replace the switch.
Blown relay/fuse: Identify the short circuit point and replace the component. 5. Emergency Treatment Recommendations
Quick Repair: Leaking rubber hoses can be temporarily repaired with patching glue. A worn shaft can be sprayed with a wear-resistant coating.
Preventative Measures: Regularly replace hydraulic oil (every 500 hours) and inspect tightening bolts (weekly).
