I. Abnormal Oil Level
Insufficient/Contaminated Hydraulic Oil: Causes insufficient system pressure and abnormal vibration frequency. Check the oil level and replace the high-precision filter.
Abnormal Engine Oil: Manifests as black smoke and weak operation. Use qualified diesel fuel according to the season and check the oil system.
II. Loose Connections
Damaged Vibration Wheel Coupling: Broken spline shaft or loose bolts cause vibration system failure.
Loose Hydraulic Line Joints: Causes leaks or unstable pressure. Tighten seals regularly.
III. Electrical System Failure
Poor Contact in Vibration Switch: Check relays, fuses, and short circuits.
Sensor Failure: Affects the engine. Speed and Hydraulic System Control Accuracy
IV. Hydraulic System Faults
Pump/Motor Wear: Internal leakage leads to insufficient displacement; seals need replacement or bearing clearance adjustment required.
Oil Circuit Blockage: Filter or cooler blockage; hydraulic oil needs cleaning and replacement.
V. Mechanical Transmission Faults
Clutch Slippage: Incomplete disengagement or friction plate deformation; clearance adjustment or component replacement required.
Transmission Abnormalities: Gear shifting failure, overheating; oil level and brake pressure need checking.
VI. Engine Faults
Fuel Supply System Problems: Fuel filter blockage or injector malfunction; fuel circuit cleaning required.
Poor Lubrication: Leads to excessively high oil temperature; oil level and cooling system need checking.
